  • We rented a margarita machine from Raff's for Cinco de Mayo and couldn't be more happy with the outcome. Raff, Mila, and Ryan are all so accommodating and were helpful throughout the entire process. The machine worked well and churned out margaritas fast. They not only offer margarita machines, but soft serve ice cream machines as well, which we just might have to try out for summer!

    We rented a margarita machine from Raff's for Cinco de Mayo and couldn't be more happy with the outcome.   • Raff ( and his margarita machine and mix) totally rocked! He exceeded all of our expectations this past weekend at my daughters birthday party. Margaritas were delicious- not too sweet, guests were raving and Raff made it all so easy with seamless drop off and pick up. Even brought his own extension cord. Highly recommend-- will be using again!

  • We used Raff's for an 80 person Cinco de Mayo company party. The margaritas were by far the biggest hit. They remind me of good 'ol TX frozen margs and those are hard to find in SF. Chris & his team were helpful throughout the process and made things move along easily. I highly recommend!

  • We rented Raff's shaved ice machine for our company luau party and it was a huge hit! The ordering process was very fast and easy - Raff was very responsive, excellent customer service. While we only gave a few days notice, Raff delivered everything to us quickly and thoughtfully. The machine was easy to use and the flavors were so tasty (pineapple, tropical punch and lemonade)! Kids were even making their own shaved ice. We will definitely be using Raff again for our party needs!

I am the Operations Manager for a commercial theatre company in SF, and we have soft-serve parties for our touring companies during the run of the various shows. The cast members and crew have always loved this soft-serve - including LaChanze, Anthony Rapp, and James Snyder of IF/THEN (Idina refrained from enjoying the ice cream, as it wouldn't be fair to ply her with dairy and then ask her to go belt high E's all night!). Not only are Chris and Mila great to work with, they are delivering a top quality product. The toppings bar with the ice cream is a huge hit, and it really does make for a nice informal get together for the cast members to let their hair down and enjoy this soft-serve. I recommend highly!

  • We rented Raff's ice cream and margarita machine for my son's first birthday party. It was a big party, 50+ people, kids and adults. Kids absolutely loved the soft serve ice cream! There were different kind of toppings that were also provided by Raff, including cones, cups, and that made it really easy and convenient for me, I did not have to worry about anything! There is already so much to organize with such a big party. Margaritas were super tasty and my guests really enjoyed it! I would definitely rent from Raff again for our next big party. His team is awesome,

  • I had a party this summer and Raff's supplied the margarita machine and the soft serve ice cream. Let me tell you, the margaritas were outstanding - not too sweet and perfectly mixed. And the soft serve - yummy. We had adults and kids at the party which made the soft serve a huge hit. Such a success that people at the party have already hired Raff's for their parties. Now THAT's a sign that you're party was a success!
